Glenn P. Brady, CPA - Glenn leads PricewaterhouseCoopers' Risk & Compliance Advisory practice for the Industrial Products sector, and the Operations Improvement practice for the Aerospace & Defense (A&D). Glenn provides advice to some of PwC's largest and most complex domestic and international clients.
In his role overseeing our Risk & Compliance practice for the Industrial Products sector, Glenn is responsible for our client service capability and the identification, acquisition, development and deployment of our national resources to support our clients' needs in the areas of risk, regulation and compliance. In his role overseeing our A&D Operations Improvement practice, Glenn has led the development and delivery of our Program Management Effectiveness, Supply Chain Risk, and Working Capital Management service offerings.
Glenn has performed numerous engagements relating to the establishment and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks, control self assessment programs, and compliance administration and monitoring functions. He has assisted several Fortune 100 organizations in addressing new and/or rapidly evolving compliance requirements, including Export Controls (ITAR, EAR, etc.), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Sarbanes-Oxley, and the like. Glenn is a sought after speaker on internal controls and the COSO internal control and enterprise risk management frameworks, the latter of which he served as a contributing author.
Prior to Glenn's tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers he served in industry in positions of increasing responsibility, including International Cost Manager for a large, global defense contractor (EG&G, Inc), and as Director of Finance for MasterCard International's operations division.
Glenn has conducted engagements within the field of risk and compliance with the following companies: The Boeing Company, Caterpillar, Inc., Noble Drilling, Key Energy Services, Rockwell Collins, Alliant TechSystems, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Vought Aircraft, AEGON USA, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Monsanto, Omnicare Inc, ITOCHU International, Noble Corporation, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Nicor Inc., Wells Fargo, and H&R Block, Eli Lilly, and Hospira.
Glenn holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Missouri.
