Goals for AP Institute

The AP Chemistry Teacher Development Institute is designed to train teachers to teach AP Chemistry in their high schools.  Emphasis is placed on those topics designated by the College Board as advanced topics which may be intimidating.  These are kinetics, equilibrium, thermodynamics, and electrochemistry.  There is also much emphasis on laboratory experiments appropriate for AP Chemistry.
