Goals for AP Institute

There are several areas that I personally wish to accomplish in our AP US Institute by its completion. Students will hopefully learn about what and how to teach in the AP curriculum. They will also learn about essay writing, by having hands-on experience with both the traditional essay and what is called the Document Based Question. Finally, there is a need to pass onto students information about their own education concerning reading and research, whether that e the traditional library or the internet.
