Kristin Powers Nowlin, Instructor of Foundations and Printmaking, had two woodblock prints selected by Eric Fischl for the 64 Arts National Juried Exhibition 2012 at the Buchanan Center for the Arts in Monmouth, Illinois from August 31-October 13, 2012. Her print, The Land of Romance: Behind the Curtains, received the Eleanor Inness Mieth Works on Paper Award.
