You may substitute the corresponding lecture / laboratory summer courses* from the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory or from another comparable institution.  Marine Biology is a prerequisite for most other courses at the GCRL.

*Excess credits from any of these three substituted courses will be applied to General Electives.   They will not be applied to the requirements for Biology Electives.
