Leni R. Fluegge, Student Representative Leni R. Fluegge of Jackson was appointed by Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt to serve as the new student representative to the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents. Fluegge is pursuing a degree in business administration with a major in accounting and minor in Spanish. She is the secretary for Beta Alpha Psi, a Presidential Ambassador and a Student Government senator. She has been the co-chairperson of the Spirit and Special Events Committee of the Student Alumni Association, Treasurer of the Collegiate Farm Bureau and Parliamentarian of Phi Beta Lambda. She was named to the Donald L. Harrison College of Business Dean’s List for academic achievement for three consecutive semesters. Fluegge is currently a student office assistant for the Assistant to the President for Diversity and Equity Issues Office at Southeast and is also an administrative assistant at Prestige Enterprises, LLC, in Cape Girardeau. Fluegge is a graduate of Jackson Senior High School where she was active with Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council, and president of National Honor Society. |
