DA 146. Swing Dance.
Course designed to introduce the basic steps of swing dance. Covers partnership technique, dance posture, basic six and eight count rhythms, and footwork patterns. May be repeated for credit. (1)
DA 186. Beginning Jazz Dance.
Studio course designed for non-majors with limited experience in jazz dance. Course introduces the fundamentals of jazz dance technique while exploring differences in movement quality, energy and rhythm. May be repeated for credit (1)
