The University Center contains meeting facilities that can be setup to meet the needs of your event. There are rooms to accommodate everything from small meetings to large presentations and conferences for up to 500 participants! The list below contains information on our basic room setups and layouts. If you have any questions about what we are able to do for your event, please contact Campus Life & Event Services.

By holding your event in the University Center you get:

  • Assistance from the Event Services & Scheduling staff during all parts of the event planning process
  • On-site Event Services Managers to provide technology assistance and answer any questions you may have
  • Technology Packages (in select rooms) with large displays for easy viewing by everyone in your meeting
  • Convenient access to our on-campus Starbucks and Redhawks Market
  • Quick access to  student printing services and other resources available in the Center for Student Involvement (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm)
