Mission: To increase awareness and understanding of services provided by Career Linkages to the overall student body population through innovative marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Duties:
- To assist with the implementation of marketing strategies provided by the Career Linkages staff
- To assist the Career Linkages staff with increasing the amount of student attendance at all career-related events sponsored by Career Linkages
- To assist with the promotion of the Transitions Initiative to current and prospective students
- To assist in hosting Career Linkages-related events
Requirements:
- Must have completed at least one semester at Southeast Missouri State University
- Minimum of 2.5 GPA
- Currently and continually enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours at Southeast Missouri State University while participating in the program
- Attendance at all career events is mandatory
- Represent the office in a professional manner at all times
- Check e-mail accounts at least once a week
- Must have a fun and upbeat personality, and enjoy working with people
- Must have a positive attitude about Southeast
- Must be flexible to work additional time during the week of career events
