Applying for Admission
Follow these steps to apply for enrollment at the Cape Girardeau Partnership for Higher Education.
- Complete the CGPHE application for admission; no application fee is required.
- High school transcripts*, GED scores*, college transcripts and ACT/SAT scores must be sent directly to Southeast Missouri State University by the original institution or organization.
*High school transcripts and GED scores are required for students seeking financial aid. - Make arrangements to take the COMPASS placement test at the CGPHE. Placement test scores (COMPASS, ACT or SAT) are required for course advisement and registration.
- Return the application and have transcript(s) sent to:
