Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Test Review

The Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is a professional certification offered by the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). This professional certification shows employers, clients and associates that you are committed as a professional. Certification is a mark of excellence that you will carry with you everywhere. This is a REVIEW course to assist in final preparation to take the certification exam in November. Candidates should be studying and preparing for this exam prior to taking this review course, following the Certification Review Guides that are available from IAAP at http://www.iaap-hq.org/certification.

CAP – Organizational Management Test Review

The CAP-OM is an optional specialty area of certification. This section may be taken in addition to (but not independent of) the CAP. The Certification Review Guides should be used to direct any course of study for the CAP and CAP-OM examinations. The review guides can be found at http://www.iaap-hq.org/certification. This is a REVIEW course to assist in final preparation to take the certification exam in November. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked at the University for 33 years. She has received both the CAP certification and the OM specialization and has recertified.
