The ServSafe program format has become the industry standard in food-safety training and is accepted in most jurisdictions that require employee certification. The ServSafe program provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on all aspects of handling food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving.
Participants will learn science-based information on operating a safe food establishment, something all employees and operators need to know in order to be a part of a food-safety team. Prices include instructions, book, test, and lunch.
