What is Halloween Science Night?
Halloween Science Night is a fun, FREE and innovative event created to spark your child’s interest in science. Using ‘trick-or-treating’ as a back drop, participants travel to various rooms across campus to experience exciting Halloween-themed science events. Past rooms have included the infamous ‘Mucus Lab’ and the ‘Creepy Creatures’ room. Every room involves hands-on, experiential learning where you are a part of the action. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume for an evening of science and fun… where you just might learn something! Halloween Science Night is funded by a grant from the Missouri Foundation for Health in partnership with the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture and Extended and Continuing Education.
