Halloween Science Night Flyer

Thanks for making the 2013 Halloween Science Night a success! With almost 2000 guests and over 200 volunteers, this year was definitely our best yet! Please help us continue Halloween Science Night into the future by supporting Halloween Science Night 2014!

Halloween Science Night has always been a fun, FREE and innovative event created to spark children’s interest in science. Using ‘trick-or-treating’ as a back drop, participants traveled to various rooms across campus to experience exciting Halloween-themed science events. Past rooms have included the infamous ‘Mucus Lab’ and the ‘Creepy Creatures’ room. Every room involved hands-on, experiential learning where the children are part of the action. Many came dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes for an evening of science and fun… and learning! Halloween Science Night was funded by a grant from the Missouri Foundation for Health in partnership with the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture and Extended and Continuing Education.

With the grant ending for this program, we need your help to keep Halloween Science Night alive! We are seeking donations for Halloween Science Night 2014. Please contact our office for more information and to support Halloween Science Night 2014!
