Course Offerings:

Around Town: Walk & Talk Spanish

Tired of the “same old” boring language classes?  Would you like to learn some useful Spanish phrases without spending hours in a classroom setting? Join us for this new workshop where you will speak Spanish with a native speaker and meet other folks with whom to practice your language skills. Each class will visit a new location (parks, stores, cafés… the possibilities are endless) and speak in Spanish along the way. At each location, you’ll learn vocabulary specific to the destination.  You will be notified where to meet each week.

Some previous Spanish knowledge is helpful but not required. Admissions, food, and beverage purchases are not included.

Dates/Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Oct. 13, 15, 20, & 22, 6-8 p.m.
Fee:  $69
Instructor: Fernando Higuera

Fernando Higuera was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. He began working as a private language tutor completing his degree in Spanish and international studies. He is currently a high school Spanish teacher but still enjoys working with adults to increase their language comprehension.
