Managing Customer Perceptions What matters most in any relationship with a customer is that individual’s perception. After all, perception is reality. Unfortunately, many business owners and managers make the mistake of relying on their own opinions of what that person is thinking. The good news is that there are a number of tools available to obtain an accurate idea of your customers and prospects thoughts and opinions. You can then utilize that knowledge to build and strengthen those relationships. If you are looking for ideas to gain insight into the minds of others, you won’t want to miss this interactive and insightful workshop. Dates/Time: Tuesday, Oct. 20, 9-11 a.m. Jennifer S.
