Access to view Banner Finance will be granted following completion of Banner Training.

Banking

In April of 2009, the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents awarded a contract for the University and branch banking services to Commerce Bank* beginning July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2013. State statutes require that daily banking services be bid every four years.

U.S. Bank was awarded the contract for University and branch banking services beginning July 1, 2013. The U.S. Bank campus branch will open in the same location inside the Bookstore on or after Monday, July 1, pending completion of the Bookstore renovation.

The Commerce Bank campus branch located in the University bookstore and the ATM located on the first floor of the University Center will close May 10. The early closure will be in conjunction with the renovation of the Bookstore space.

During the transition of services, there could be some down time when the ATM in the Towers Complex will not be operational.

International Wire Transfers

Please be advised that all requests for international wire transfers must be received in Accounting Services at least two weeks prior to the transfer date to ensure adequate time for processing.

International wire transfer request for travel should be received in Accounting Services at least two and a half weeks prior to the anticipated date of travel. This time period will ensure the funds are received in a timely manner at the point of destination. Having international travel arrangements paid before the travel commences should allow for smoother travel.
