The College of Science & Mathematics at Southeast Missouri State University is housed in four different buildings.
- Rhodes Hall of Science (RH)
- Magill Hall of Science (MG)
- Johnson Hall (JH)
- Robert A. Dempster Hall (DH)—business building
The Departments of Biology, Chemistry and Physics and Engineering Physics have main offices, as well as lecture and laboratory classrooms, in Rhodes and Magill Halls of Science. The main offices of these departments are as follows:
- Department of Biology, RH 224
- Department of Chemistry, RH 201
- Department of Physics and Engineering Physics, RH 306
The Department of Mathematics has lecture and laboratory classrooms in Johnson Hall, with the main office in JH 201. The Department of Computer Science has lecture and laboratory classrooms in Robert A. Dempster Hall, with the main office in DH 021 (basement of that building).
