  • Elementary Math Contest - Qualifying RoundFriday, March 2, 2018 in JH200
  • Math Field Day Thursday, April 12, 2018, in Academic Hall Auditorium and the University Center
  • Elementary Math Contest - Regiional Round Saturday, April 14, 2018 in Dempster Hall

Department of Biology

The Department of Biology invites students:

  • The Student chapter of NSTA meeting scheduled Monday, February 5 at 5:30 in MG112

Department of Polytechnic Studies

  • June - STEM on Campus - a 4 day residential, summer camp offering Boy Scout merit badges in many different STEM fields.
  • June/July - Horizons Camps - Offer several different classes for the Horizons Summer Camps in fields such as robotics and programming
  • October - Advanced Technology Showcase - An opportunity for high schools to learn about the programs and facilities in Polytechnic Studies
  • November - FIRST LEGO League Qualifier - A robotics competition and innovation fair for kids in 4th grade to 8th grade held in the Fall
  • January - FIRST Technology Challenge Qualifier - A robotics competition for kids in 7th to 12th grade held in the Spring
  • January - STEM University - A one day camp in January offering Boy Scout merit badges in many different STEM fields
  • February - MATHCOUNTS - A middle school math competition held in conjuction with the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers
