- Pay your first bill for the spring semester.
- Complete the FAFSA for next year.
- Review Southeast endowed and sponsored scholarships on-line for next year and print applications.
February
- Pay your second bill for the spring semester.
- Watch the mail for your financial aid refund check if you had a credit balance for the spring semester.
- Complete Southeast’s Endowed and Sponsored Scholarship Application.
- Complete or review the processed FAFSA for next year.
March
- Pay your third bill for the spring semester.
- Submit spring only loan request or fall/spring loan request, if you want a loan for this year and have not already done so. Southeast’s loan application deadline is mid-March.
- Have FAFSA processed by March 1 to meet Southeast’s priority processing deadline.
- Submit scholarship applications by March 1 for most of Southeast’s endowed and sponsored scholarships.
- Pick up a summer financial aid application after spring break if you plan on attending summer school.
April
- Pay your fourth bill for the spring semester.
- Watch the mail for your Financial Aid Award Notification Letter if you met the March 1 deadline.
May
- Pay your summer school bill if you are enrolled.
- Return your Financial Aid Award Notification Letter and your loan data sheet by the middle of May if you want your financial aid to be a credit on your fall bill.
- Watch the mail for your scholarship notification letter if you applied for any endowed or sponsored scholarships.
- Accept any merit scholarship you may have been awarded by May 1.
June
- Submit a summer loan request, if you want a summer loan and have not already done so. Southeast’s summer loan application deadline is mid-June.
- Watch the mail for your financial aid refund check if you had a credit balance for the summer semester.
July
- Watch the mail for your fall semester bill.
August
- Pay your first bill for the fall semester.
September
- Pay your second bill for the fall semester.
- Watch the mail for your financial aid refund check if you had a credit balance for the fall semester.
October
- Pay your third bill for the fall semester.
- Submit a fall only loan request, if you want a fall only loan and have not already done so. Southeast’s fall only loan application deadline is mid-October.
November
- Pay your fourth bill for the fall semester.
December
- Watch the mail for your spring semester bill.
