Program Description:

A degree designed to prepare teacher leaders for school systems to work in the areas of instructional leadership, school improvement initiatives, staff development and overall leadership in school instructional programs.

Admission Requirements:

All students must have a teaching certificate and a master's degree related to education (math, science, elementary, secondary, social studies, English. etc.).
