Tech for You • Tech for Us • Tech for Them

Southeast Missouri State University's goal is to develop teacher candidates that will be leaders in the use of current and emergent technology to enhance the learning outcomes for all students. We see technology as a tool to be integrated in to the classroom with students for the betterment of all. To facilitate this learning process, faculty are curriculum models to students in the use of similar technologies in their own instruction in teacher education.

Student Stages of Learning

To facilitate this process we have defined a three-step student development model for use of instructional technology.

  • Appy Wednesday's – once a month collaborative sharing between faculty and students regarding a specific app

Tech for them: Technology as a tool for instruction to enhance the learning opportunities for all learners
