RECOMMENDATION FOR EMERITUS STATUS

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:  the Faculty Senate of Southeast Missouri State University recommends that emeritus status be conferred upon the following faculty members upon their retirement:

 Leon C. Book, Professor of Spanish
 Retirement Effective:  May 31, 2010
 Period of Service:  1972-2010

College of Science and Mathematics

Department of Mathematics

 Robert W. Sheets, Associate Professor of Mathematics
 Retirement Effective:  May 31, 2010
 Period of Service:  1978-2010
