     End of Academic Year 2012-2013 Chair Report for the Membership Committee

The membership Committee was busy during the 2012-13 academic year.  A total of 68 openings on various committees had to be filled and overall, we had an ≈ 88% success rate in filling those positions.  This is my last year of eligibility as chair of the Membership Committee and I would like to say thank you to the other members of the membership committee.  It has been a pleasure serving as the membership chair for the past two years but it is time for someone else to have the experience of serving in this position.  Certainly, the next chair will be serving in interesting times ("寧為太平犬，不做亂世人").
