Faculty Senate Documents Committee

Year End Report- April 20, 2005

The Documents Committee has followed up on work done by previous committees. Those committees refined procedures for updating the Faculty Handbook and maintaining the Faculty Senate Archives. This year's committee was able to monitor the progress of those ongoing procedures.

Although a number of wording changes in policies were dealt with in the fall semester, there were few other issues brought to the attention of the committee as part of its charge. The possibility of instructions for new senators was discussed, but no clear direction was identified since the reorganization of the Senate's website obviated the need for any further action on this issue.
