Domestic students (permanent residents or U.S. citizens) who prefer to submit applications via mail may use the domestic application form. An application form in .pdf format may be accessed by clicking the appropriate link above. The required information may be entered directly on these forms, printed and mailed to the mailing address. Please note: For this application to be processed, a $25 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application in the form of check (payable to Southeast Missouri State University), money order or credit card (no cash please).
