Application for Graduate Admission for Domestic Applicants
For domestic students who wish to apply for admission to the School of Graduate Studies.
The $30 non-refundable application fee can be paid at time of application or mailed to the Office of Admissions' mailing address listed below. Proof of citizenship, official college transcripts and other required documents for your program of study must also be sent to the Office of Admissions. Non-degree-seeking applicants are not required to submit official transcripts.

Domestic students (permanent residents or U.S. citizens) who prefer to submit applications via mail can access the PDF version of the application by clicking the above link. The application, $30 non-refundable application fee, proof of citizenship and other required documents for your program of study can be mailed to the Office of Admissions' mailing address listed below. Non-degree-seeking applicants are not required to submit official transcripts. Non-degree-seeking students are not eligible for financial aid.
Returning Student Application Procedures
Apply Via Mail:
Graduate Studies Returning Student Form
Students who haven't been enrolled at Southeast for a semester (excluding summer) to three years must complete this form prior to re-enrollment. Students who want to gain admission to a new program of study or who have not been enrolled at Southeast for more than three years must complete an Application for Graduate Admission instead (see above). The Graduate Studies Returning Student Form can be mailed to the Office of Admissions' mailing address listed below.
International Student Application Procedures

Application for International Student Admission
International students (those who are not permanent residents or U.S. citizens) must apply for admission using this application. Information may be typed directly into the form, printed and mailed. The application, $40 non-refundable international application fee and other required documents can be mailed to International Education and Services:
