The Office of Research and Grant Development (RGD) can locate federal, state and private sector grants and other external funding, as well as provide support for grant proposal development. All university grant proposals, including those that involve Southeast Missouri State University in a sub-contracting relationship, must be submitted through the RGD.

Grants Routed Online With Cayuse

Grant proposals submitted by faculty and staff at Southeast Missouri State University are compiled, routed and submitted using the online software Cayuse424.  All full time faculty and internal approvers have been loaded into the system as users with their SE Key serving as the Cayuse User ID.  To utilize the system, faculty must visit the Cayuse website to create a password at  Please see the Cayuse Tutorial or contact the Office of Research and Grant Development at 651-2018 for more information.
