The Department offers courses in accounting, business law, business education, information systems, production operations management, and quantitative methods. The Department provides programs and quality instruction which enhance the understanding of communication, management, leadership, and marketing among all undergraduate business students, and prepares majors for a variety of management and marketing careers in both business and not-for-profit organizations. The study of economics acquaints students with past and present, national and world economic problems, and with the tools of analysis economists use to understand these problems. The study of finance develops an understanding of financial institutions, capital markets, and the financial structure of business.
The Center for International Business Programs in the Harrison College of Business provides support for the International Business major, and coordinates numerous international exchange programs and group immersion programs annually.
