Ms. Wehring is the program director for the Athletic Training Education Program.  She has ten years experience as a program director and a wide variety of clinical experience practicing athletic training. Her past clinical experience includes; The University of Kansas Women’s Basketball  and Tennis  Teams athletic trainer, Upstate Physical Therapy in Greenville, South Carolina and KU Medical Center Sports Medicine Institute.  She has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association for twenty five years and a BOC Certified athletic trainer since 1988. Ms. Wehring serves as a site visitor for the Commission on Accreditation in Athletic Training. She received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and graduate degree from Ohio University.
