The Group/Greek Housing community consists of eleven fraternities and sororities housed in five buildings. The buildings have air conditioning, moveable furniture, carpeting, newer lighting, multiple phone lines in every room, newer windows and doors, a fire suppression and alarm system, and countless other improvements designed to help students succeed academically, personally, and socially.
Each unit is uniquely decorated by the group so members have a sense of living in a "traditional" house, with all of the conveniences of living on campus. Each unit has a formal lounge, chapter room or informal lounge, and a small kitchenette.
Each room is equipped with a cable TV and phone line. There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.
Full-time professionals and student staff work closely with the students in Group/Greek Housing to address facility, program, and service needs quickly and efficiently. Residents of Group/Greek Housing eat in the Towers Dining Area. Mail and package services are available at the Towers Customer Service Desk, open 24 hours during the academic year.
Assignment to Group/Greek Housing is for students affiliated with groups residing in the housing area. Students must be approved by the House Manager and the Greek Hall Director before they can move into Group/Greek Housing.
