The Office of Residence Life and the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture are proud to support the Computer Science and Engineering Themed Community which is located in LaFerla Hall. This community is designed to support any incoming and upper class student who is studying in the areas of Computer Science, Commercial Photography, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Industrial Education and etc., within the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture through experiential learning.

 The College of Science, Technology and Agriculture.is home to some of the most difficult classes that Southeast has to offer.  The partnership between the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture and the Office of Residence Life will create a living environment which supports and enhances the academic experience for the variety of students in the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture. The Computer Science and Engineering Themed Community is open to both new and returning students. Any student who desires to participate in the Computer Science and Engineering Themed Community must indicate their preference for this community though the Contract for University Housing assignment process.

 How to Sign Up: Current students should participate in the Returning Student Room Selection process through the Office of Residence Life.  New students should indicate their preference for this community on their Contract for University Housing and return the application that they will receive in the mail once they complete their Contract for University Housing. 

There is no extra cost associated with participation in the Community; however, students are expected to sign and agree to a set of expectations.
