The Southeast Office of Residence Life provides many services for students, both on-campus and off. From banking and computer labs, to laundry and custodial services, you'll find plenty of information here!
U.S. Bank provides a Cash Dispensing Machine in Towers Complex, and an ATM and full-service bank within the University Center.
Cable tv service is provided for every room in student housing. The University, through its provider Charter TV, offers over 150 channels, many in HD. Students must supply their own television and coaxial cable cord. All televisions must be equipped with a digital "QAM" or "Clear QAM" tuner to receive the University's channels. Information Technology operates many computer labs across campus including labs in the Towers Complex and Merick Hall. All rooms are also hard-wired with high-speed internet access for each person in the room.
Custodial staff work daily to clean all residence hall facilities. Common areas, including lounges, hallways, and bathroom facilities are maintained by custodial services. Private student bathrooms, those only accessible to a specific room or suite are maintained by the students living in the room.
The customer service desk in every residence hall or complex offers a variety of services to meet student needs. The Towers Complex desk is open 24-hours a day.
Laundry service is provided at no additional charge for residents living on campus. Residents receive unlimited usage of the washers and dryers. 24-hr laundry facilities are located conveniently in each residence hall. For the protection of your personal belongings, do not leave your items unattended. Please report any malfunction of machines to the Office of Residence Life at (573) 651-2274.
U.S.P.S. and campus mail, as well as UPS, Federal Express and other services are delivered daily to your mailbox within your residence hall or complex.
The University’s Facilities Management Department is responsible for the maintenance and physical upkeep of the residence halls. The Residence Hall Association (RHA) , a student lead organization of residence hall students, has partnered with Residence Hall Linens for several years to provide our students and families with a convenient, affordable way to ensure you have sheets that will fit all of the beds on campus. Proceeds from this program are used for programming in the residence halls. Students must supply their own phone. Local telephone service and voicemail can be provided by contacting the University's Telecommunications department as these services are not included with your housing fees.Residents may choose to contract long distance service through Telecommunications Services.

Products available at over 150 machines include snacks, soft drinks, and sandwiches. Each residence hall has soda and snack machines available to residents in convenient locations.
