Towers South offers students a living environment that is an ideal mix of new and returning students.

Standard Room
Corner Room (x01 &x02 Rooms)
Each floor can house 35 students, including the Resident Assistant. Each floor has a separate shower area. A separate room has private toilet facilities. Each student room has a sink, which students find very convenient! There is a lounge with comfortable furniture, a microwave, and a television on each floor. Each room is equipped with a cable TV and phone line. There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.
Floor Lounge
Students share access to a large laundry room, ice machine, and lounge area. The first floor lounge has a television, comfortable furniture, and is often where Hall Council meets. The large laundry room means one-stop laundry; there are enough machines to wash all of your clothes at once!
Towers South adjoins Towers Complex, which includes a 24-hour service desk, study areas, lounges, central mailroom, and computer lab, as well as Towers Dining Center and Rowdy's restaurant.
