Myers Hall

Myers Hall offers students a living environment that is well suited to the preferences of today's students. Recently renovated, Myers offers suite-style arrangements with ample lounge space.

The suite-style living found in Myers Hall is ideal for sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have established good academic and social support systems on campus.

Each floor includes four four-person suites and some triple rooms. Each suite or room has its own bath. Students share access to a laundry room, kitchenette, and lounge area. The lounge has a large-screen television, comfortable furniture, an ice machine, and a microwave.

Each room is equipped with a cable TV and phone line.  There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.

Myers Hall is accessible to students with disabilities.

Myers Hall is the only residence hall open 12 months a year. 12-month housing allows students who work, are far from home, take summer or break session classes, or who simply wish to stay on campus during breaks to remain in their room while the University is normally closed. Costs for summer and break housing are not reflected in the standard room rate for Myers Hall. Please contact the Office of Residence Life for additional details if you need year round housing. Students who live in Myers for the academic year are not permitted to remain in Myers Hall over the summer. Students may remain in their rooms over the break period if they sign up for break housing. The 12 month housing option is provided to allow students who are living in the residence halls an opportunity to remain in their same room over the summer. Students not contracting live in Myers Hall over the summer are not permitted to move into their rooms earlier than other residence halls students, nor may they store items in the room over the summer period.

Because Myers Hall is open all year, it houses all break and summer housing operations. Students from other halls who need to live on-campus during summer or break periods should contact their Hall Director for more information.
