Hall Directors We have a diverse group of well-qualified professional staff available in each residence hall and the in the central office. Professional and paraprofessional staff work closely together to facilitate the academic, personal, and social success of every student in the residence halls. We have an outstanding record of verified success working with students, providing a consistent and equitable enforcement of University policies and procedures, with an individualized attention to each student. The full-time professional staff are experienced professionals who are committed to residence life as a profession. Their primary responsibility is student development and administrative operation of their respective hall. Responsibilities include supervising live-in staff, community development, advising in-hall student government, conflict resolution and managing the administrative and facility operations for their building. The Residence Life team are here to meet the needs of students. We work daily to provide educational, developmental and social challenges for students, to help them learn, grow, and develop. We provide support and care for students in crisis, and can make referrals to a wide variety of University and local agencies, if needed. |
