Sh’Nita Mitchell joined the University in 2006 as a Hall Director. Sh'Nita has served as the Hall Director of Towers South, Cheney, Myers, and currently supervises Vandiver and Henderson Halls.

Sh'Nita is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and earned her Bachelor Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. In addition to her work in the residence halls Sh’Nita serves as the advisor for the Diversity Peer Educator and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc Xi Iota chapter at Southeast.
