Lance Sharp joined the Office of Residence Life staff in 2009 as a Hall Director. Originally from Batesville, Arkansas, Lance earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas and his Master’s Degree in College Student Affairs from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  His previous experience includes two years as a Resident Assistant at the University of Arkansas, one year as an Assistant Director of Residence Life at Philander Smith College, and one year as an Academic Advisor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Outside of the office, you can find Lance volunteering with different groups.  He is the Advisor for the Circle K International service organization on campus, a member of Kiwanis Priority One, and is getting more involved as things come his way.  Lance also enjoys the outdoors, listening to music, traveling, trying new things, and having fun with life.
