The employee assistance program benefit is offered to benefit-eligible employees and eligible dependents through Personal Assistance Services (PAS). The PAS phone number is 800-356-0845. Trained counselors will help and may guide you to an expert in your area. Six free counseling sessions will be available to eligible employees and their family members. You may use this full-service counseling resource for workplace, family, and personal concerns:

  • Family problems and relationship issues
  • Job conflicts and concerns
  • Grief and loss issues
  • Stress related emotional issues
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Alcohol, drug concerns, and dependency
  • Codependency

Our previous EAP provider, Regional Counseling and Employee Assistance Services, Inc. with Wally Allstun and Patricia Murray, are providers with PAS and can be accessed by calling PAS at the toll free number above.
