The Office of International Education and Services believes every student should have the opportunity to study abroad, regardless of major. Studying abroad gives students the chance to experience the world, while gaining invaluable academic knowledge.
Southeast Missouri State University offers short-term, semester, and year-long study abroad programs to students. These opportunities come from a number of resources, such as academic departments, consortiums, and study abroad providers.
Academic Departments Offering Study Abroad Programs
International Business Programs
The Harrison College of Business offers a number of short-term and semester programs, taught in English. While the focus is on the opportunities for business majors, they have the ability to place students from other majors in programs, as well.

Globalinks Abroad offers study abroad programs on semester, academic-year, summer, and internship terms. Destinations of Globalinks Abroad include many countries throughout Europe, Asia, and Australia.
College Consortium for International Studies
CCIS offers more than 90 study abroad programs in 29 countries around the world for a semester, summer, or full academic year. Study abroad destinations include Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, Central America, South America and Oceania.
Missouri-Greece Program
The Missouri-Greece Program is a partnership between several universities in Missouri and The American College of Greece-DEREE located just outside of Athens.
