The Southeast Missouri State University Innovation Center offers business incubator space, entrepreneurial training, business development services, technical oversight and easy access to services needed by start-up entities. The focus of the Innovation Center is to eliminate the wide gap in average per capita income in Southeast Missouri as compared with the state as a whole by assisting entrepreneurs in creating new businesses that will grow and produce quality, lasting employment opportunities to boost local economies.
