Dr. Joel Ray was the first business incubator resident.  He is involved in multiple ventures including neurosurgery, medical research and medical policy formulation.  He also is recognized as one of the premiere photographers in the region.  He has established the Westray Foundation, which is the not-for-profit arm of his operations. Westray Consulting/Enterprises represents the entrepreneurial branch of his consultation work.
