For the past two summers, Vector Marketing has opened a branch office in Cape Girardeau, inside the Business Incubator.  This year's branch manager is Matt Cassidy, and he is soley responsible for hiring up to 20 graduating high school students and/or college students to sell CUTCO Cutlery.  The Cape Girardeau branch is one of 15 branches in Missouri, but the only branch in Southeast Missouri.  Vector Marketing, headquartered in New York, is CUTCO's sole distributor since leading all other distributors in sales  in 1985. The company's successful programs were replicated throughout the organization, leading to sustained annual growth of over 20% for most of the 1980s and early 1990s.   Vector Marketing expanded into Canada in 1990 and today the company operates over 200 offices in North America.
