KEYPOPPY, LLC (Graduated July 2008) Joining his extensive publishing, theological, and technology experience, Dr. Danny Michaels created KEYPOPPY, LLC, a company specializing in the development of customized websites for schools, churches, and societies. KEYPOPPY’s so-called 'portals' empower members to manage on-line content, communication, and membership data. What does that mean to us non-techy folks? Basically, an organization’s members can share, modify, and disseminate critical information such as upcoming events, news, activities, forums, blogs, instant messaging, calendars, and more. The system is designed so that the members have the power to edit and change their own website. Termed “web 2.0” technology, this system is unlike most of the websites that churches and schools have had in the past (like those that limit only one person, usually an administrator or webmaster, to change any content). Now an entire community can participate in the growth of their church or school.
