In an effort to provide capabilities required to meet the administrative needs of the University, the Information Technology Department is assigned the task of developing new projects and reports. Requests for new projects and reports are initiated by completing a ticket using Web Help Desk (WHD), a web based, request service that members of the Southeast community can access and track progress with their Southeast Key and password. By clicking on the Request button below, you will be prompted to sign into the WHD to initiate a ticket entry. Once completed, ensuing steps of the process vary and are dependent upon the type of request issued. If you have any questions please contact the I.T. Help Desk.
