The IT Help Desk provides a single contact point for students, faculty, and staff to request technology assistance, direct questions, or report problems regarding University supported software, hardware, and network.
At a first level response, the IT Help Desk will attempt to resolve reported issues and assist the user in maximizing his/her use of applications or equipment. Some issues may require escalation to the next level of support or redirected to the appropriate Information Technology staff member. Technology related workorders can be entered by both individual users and technical staff utilizing our Web Help Desk software.
In addition, the IT Help Desk will provide notification of trends and situations to assist the Information Technology Department in maintaining high levels of service to the campus user community. If you experience trouble locating the information you need or wish to speak with a Help Desk Representative, please contact us.
