If you would like to report an incident of sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, or related misconduct, to the police, please call 911.

A report generated using the online form will be forwarded to the appropriate University personnel, including officials in the Office of Student Conduct, the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, the Department of Public Safety, the Campus Violence Prevention Program, and/or the Office of Counseling and Disability Services.
Please note, reports made be made to both law enforcement and University officials, or only one (of the reporting party’s choice). Investigations can be conducted independently through both options, and assistance to reporting parties obtained through both options.
