Hi all!  My name is Andrea and I’m a freshman from Albion, a very small town in southern Illinois.  It’s so small that my county (Edwards) has its own high school.  It takes me about 3 hours to get home from SEMO.  I live in Dearmont or whatever you want to call it but now I call it home.  I love it in Dearmont.  I just wish the desks were moveable and the shelves above the desk were a little higher up!  But hey, it’s not that bad at all.  Without air, it gets a little hot but with 4 fans it’s tolerable.  I’ve gotten used to not having air and when I go to a place that has air I feel like I’m turning into a popsicle!  I really miss my friends from home, Jenna, Shelby, Russell, Aaron, (and everyone I forgot!) my boyfriend, Mitchell, and my family, but I’m glad I’ve made a few friends here, Ryan and Shannon, it helps bunches.  Making friends has helped me lose that freshman deer in headlights look day by day.  Until next week, God Bless!
