Hi all! Wow! I can't believe this year is finally over! I just got finished taking my last final and it's only Tuesday! I'm waiting on my parents to get here so they can help me move the rest of my stuff out. It's funny how you can accumulate so much stuff in your room over about 9 months!! Hopefully next year I won't accumulate so much otherwise I'd need a U-Haul to get all of my stuff home! (I don't really have that much, it just feels like it when I packed!)

I had a great year overall and met a lot of really great people! I came into Southeast knowing no one and not being involved in anything to joining the Emerging Leaders Program, becoming an Emerging Leaders Facilitator, making the Dean's List and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, becoming a Presidental Ambassador, getting a job at the Public Services office and so much more. It's amazing how involved I am now and I never thought I would be. I also met alot of really great people that I will definately keep in touch with over the summer and I know I won't be able to wait til next fall to see them again!

The one peice of advice that I give to any incoming freshman for next fall is GET INVOLVED! Come join Emerging Leaders!!! It's the best program! And this summer have fun and make beautiful memories with your friends and families because your life will change once you get to college.  It will be a once in a life time kind of experice that you'll have to see what it's like for yourself before you can really understand it.  People can tell you what college is like and what to expect, but really, it's always different for you once you get here.  I hope you all have a super summer!
