Tara Cooper: Journal Entry 05/12/2008 Dear Readers, The time has come for my last web journal. This past week was the last week of actual classes before finals. I finished up a couple end-of-semester papers and tests, and have been able to relax. This weekend I had a “me night” and spent Friday night packing up some stuff in my room and watching a movie by myself. It was very refreshing. On Saturday night two of my friends and I randomly decided to go home for the night. We drove home and surprised my two best friends and were able to hang out and have a really great time. I decided that spontaneity can be very exciting and enjoyable. This week is finals week and my last week as a freshman. Ironically, finals week is my favorite because it is the least stressful. I can’t really explain why that is. J This year has flown by. It has been the fastest school year that I have ever experienced. As I look back on everything that has changed and happened over the past semesters I am blown away by how drastically my life has altered in just a few short months. This year has been crazy, stressful, hard, fun, happy, sad, and so much more. I am so excited about the next three months of summer and no classes, but I can’t wait to return to school in the fall.
